When I saw the Wheel used as a prop in the "Las Vegas Trip" prize, I was thinking about doing its layout. I'm not 100% certain about all the numbers, but this is what I think they are.
I also know this is not the design used in the actual prop, but that's because my big focus was on what the numbers were.
This is also a gift for ~wheelgenius as I know he's been going through a bit here lately. So a little something to cheer him up.
