Now, as you'll notice compared to the 1991 Round 3 layout, an entire segment between the Bankrupts has been reversed and values raised accordingly as I discovered recently. So with that said, there's one value here that I'm not sure about - the space valued at $700, hence its blue numbering. In fact, I am not at all certain that this space is even worth this much. It could be anything. I was initially thinking $670 after doing some comprehensive math, but after doing some more math, I thought $700. Heck, it's possible that it could even be worth $650, give or take a few dollars.

UPDATE! (June 4, 2019) I finally figured out all of the values thanks to this video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOXVNV…
It turns out I was right about that the value in blue numbering. It is indeed $700.
Now here's where things get interesting. Noting that I learned that the changes to the three above layouts were made in 1992 instead of 1994, the green space between the $350 and $300 (top left of the illustration) was actually $650 in 1992. It would be brought down to $630 by 1994. I will upload the one with the $630 space shortly.

Now unfortunately, due to Round 2 in the video being rather short and all of the few overhead shots in that round (the first showing the top value of $1000 and the others being of the only three spins taken that round) being in the same general area (from the dark orange $215 clockwise to the yellow $270 between the two red spaces), I'm unable to make any changes with that one space that I'm trying to figure out. So that's why I made no changes to the Round 2, but if you want to see it for yourselves (along with the Bonus wedge added in 1994), here they are. Nonetheless, the episode I provided you guys does determine for certain that the value underneath the Bonus wedge is indeed worth $215 as I figured.
